Administrative Procedures

Each assignment needs to be the subject of a specific contract. Entering a specific contract with EPEC  involves the following:

• The individual directorate  draws up a request for services and sends it directly to the EPEC.
  
• EPEC will reply within one week whether he can accomplish the work within the timeframe and conditions requested by the directorate.
  
• If EPEC can, it will propose a team a work plan, a timetable and confirm the precise price. 
  
• The proposed price will be based upon the price for each of the four categories of experts.
