Framework Contract Procedures

Each assignment needs to be the subject of a specific contract. Entering a specific contract with EPEC involves the following:

• The individual directorate general draws up a request for services and sends it directly to the EPEC and other potential contractors retained for the specific Lot.
  
• EPEC will reply within one week whether we can accomplish the work within the timeframe and conditions requested by the directorate general.
  
• If EPEC can, it will propose a team. Method, work plan and timetable and confirm the precise price.
  
• The proposed price will be based upon the price for each of the four categories of experts.
