EPEC was formed for the purpose of delivering evaluation services to the European Commission.
As a European Economic Interest Grouping (eeig) the companies involved share responsibility for EPEC’s activities. EPEC is able to draw from a pool of 40-50 full time staff from the companies in the grouping who have the requisite skills and experience to undertake work on assignments within the three Framework Contracts. Where appropriate other specialist resources can be drawn in.
The activities of EPEC are managed by a Supervisory Board which includes directors nominated from each of the three participating companies.
There are three companies in the grouping:

techniques.
