The following 35 assignments have been undertaken by EPEC on behalf of 14 different Directorates General of the European Commission:
- Directorate General (DG) Justice Freedom and Security (JLS) An Ex ante evaluation of the inclusion of JLS issues in Regional Policy. The study conclusions informed the Cohesion Report 2003 and the deliberations concerning the Structural Funds during the planning period 2007-2013.
- DG Personnel and Administration (ADMIN) A forward-looking evaluation of Management Training. The assignment focussed on the needs of senior management within the Commission.
- DG JLS Framework for the evaluation of the Tampere mandate. A framework for the evaluation of the policy and legislation stemming from European Council conclusions of Tampere
- DG Information Society and media (INFSO) The evaluation of the IST Conference.
- DG RESEARCH Methodological analysis of Technology Implementation Plans as a tool for impact assessment and evaluation.
- DG Internal markets and services (MARKT) Study on impact assessment of possible options to liberalise the after market in spare parts for motor vehicles.
- DG Education and Culture (EAC) Supporting services to assist in the design and preparation of Community Programmes in the field of education and culture.
- DG JLS Testing the evaluation framework in the areas of the Common European Asylum System and judicial cooperation and the fight against financial crime.
- DG Health and Consumer protection (SANCO) A review of the EEJ Network of clearing houses for referring consumers to Alternative Dispute Resolution agencies concerning cross border issues and the assessment of the prospective merger between EEJ Network and the European Consumer Centres.
- DG INFSO Specialist evaluation expertise in support of the Five Year Assessment panel of the IST programme.
- DG JLS Preparatory study for the Extended Impact Assessment of small claims legislation proposals.
- DG Agriculture and rural development (AGRI) Review of evaluations of rural development programmes.
- DG RESEARCH Pilot study on bibliometric analysis of publication activity.
